Are you using Jellyfin Media Player 1.9.1 for live TV playback?
Can you try upgrading to JMP 1.10.1?

So, in that log there should be live TV being played in the Jellyfin Tizen app - it's that which I'm having problems with.
I may have also used JMP just to check tvheadend was working - but JMP is playing back live TV just fine and without transcoding.

This sounds like a bug. Go ahead and report this issue on the github. Include the logs you've been providing.
