I'm trying to log into jellyfin on my phone but it says incorrect address can someone help?

If you are on the same network as the server it would be the server's IP. http://192.168.X.X:8096 or something like that.

Make sure the firewall on the server has port 8096 open.
What OS is your server running?

1. Re-install jellyfin. Select to install it as a service.
2. Make sure that Windows Firewall allows Jellyfin through

Lets take a step back and rule out some basic issues this may cause: - You say you try connect via your phone o Are you connected to your Wifi? o Does connection work from the same PC? o Does connection work from another PC that is connected via LAN? - Did you try (temporarily) disable your Firewall to check if that may causes the issue? - Is the Jellyfin server actually running?
typos are finders, keepers.
