How to create a DVD box? Or prevent doubles?

I bought a Karl May DVD box off Amazon and Jellyfin obviously does not know the box. What it does is give me 3-4 collections, one of them being the Winnetou collection.
But I would like them all in one collection, so I created my own and deleted the Winnetou collection. It gets recreated over and over again though.
How do I solve this? Can I add the Karl May collection to the database?
Or how can I prevent the Winnetou collection from automatically being created again? Or doubles from being created or shown?
Is there a gold standard for my problem?

Are you using the TMDB Box Set plugin?

Yes. Is that the problem?

Yes. That plugin will periodically run and automatically create collections. It got annoying so I uninstalled it.
