Hi, I’m trying to stream movies from my Mac to a Samsung Smart TV, but AirPlay isn’t detecting the TV. Is there an app or configuration required to make this work?

Can the TV install a Jellyfin client app? Then you don't need to have your Mac pushing the stream to the TV just as a display but instead the full JF function experice directly on your TV.

A few friends suggested I try Elmedia Player, so I gave it a shot. No issues so far — it’s really reliable and plays everything smoothly over AirPlay.
