Hi everyone,
I have a large media library that contains several .nfo files. These files were useful in the past with another media center, but now that I'm using Jellyfin, I don't want it to read them, write to them, or use their metadata in any way.
I would simply like Jellyfin to completely ignore these .nfo files and generate its own metadata internally within its database.
Is there any way to achieve this? Is there a plugin available for this purpose?
I've already tried scanning the library, but Jellyfin still reads the .nfo files. I also tried enabling the NFO option in the library settings, hoping it would regenerate new local NFO files, but that doesn't seem to work either.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
