Click on your user icon in the top right, click Display (going from memory), there will be a setting for page size. Defaults to 100. Change that 0. This only works when accessing Jellyfin in your browser or with Jellyfin Media Player. You have to do this on every client.

Alternatively you can host Jellyfin-Vue side-by-side to Jellyfin-Web. It has infinite scroll
Note: Loading a library with 1000+ items may take a while https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-vue JellyFin: 10.8.13 OS: Proxmox 8 + Ubuntu 22.04 CPU: 2xIntel Xeon E5-2690 v4 (28c/56t) RAM: 256GB DDR4 GPU: Intel Arc A380 Rack: HPE DL380 Gen9 Storage: 260TB 100TB ZFS RAIDZ3 HDD 150TB ZFS RAIDZ3 HDD 5TB ZFS RAIDZ1 NVMe 5TB ZFS RAIDZ3 SSD
