Intro Skipper

Hello good people..

I was wondering if the plugin intro skipper does delete anything from my media?? 
Is it deleting anything? will it crop the video?? and will have any effect on my media if i remove the plugin again?? Furthermore can it by bypassed if it skips the wrong place in the media??

It analyzes the video, determines where in the video it thinks the intro ends, and creates a database entry for that. The intro skipper literally just skips on the timeline. It does not touch your video.
