If you have a tv tuner hooked to a pc then yes, you can. In the admin dashboard > live tv you can set up your tuner and epg. You can also use the tvheadend plugin if you're using that with your tuner card already.
If you're referring to an .m3u you can also set that up but not sure if discussing that or other means of managing a .m3u are allowed in the forums. Feel free to DM me and I can walk you through it/suggest ways to incorporate it.

I’ve been messing around with IPTV on Jellyfin too, and you don’t really need any extra hardware unless you’re using a TV tuner. If you’ve got an IPTV list (.m3u), you can just load that up in the Live TV settings, and it should work fine. I’ve been running mine like that, and it’s been solid. Also, if you’re looking for a good place to host your setup, blueangel.host has been a good option for me. Kept things running smooth without any issues.
