I'm moving my jellyfin setup from an existing proxmox lxc onto a docker container on my NAS. Most of the configuration is pretty easy to recover, but the one thing that will take time and effort is tags. I've added tags to a bunch of Movies and Shows, mostly "kids" to use for creating playlists with just the kid-friendly items. Is there any good way to move this to my new server?

I'm assuming that Jellyfin was a "direct" install in a LXC, correct? If you still have your original Jellyfin data, we have a guide for migrating from a direct install to a docker install. It requires a bit of extra configuration on the docker side to accept the direct install's data.

You are right that it's a direct install in the LXC. The LXC and the docker are on different hosts, so while I did previously read that document, I had to attempt to adapt the instructions to my scenario (e.g. by zipping and moving the directories between machines). It ended up not working. I probably mis-mapped some directories or something, but it was a fiddly enough process that starting from scratch seemed more appealing.
