Is unstable meant to be dotnet7

Hi Team,

Doing some testing as packaging in LibreELEC and was check8ng if the unstable portable combined images meant to be dotnet7? As self compile resulted in a dotnet8 tar.gz. This https://repo.jellyfin.org/releases/serve...ble.tar.gz is still using dotnet7.
