    JellyFin 10.9.3 not working.

I've just upgraded to 10.9.3 and it's causing numerous issues.

My server just upgraded to 10.9.3 and I'm noticing loads of issues.
    • It's slow.
    • The onscreen controls have disappeared.
    • There are errors on my dashboard with a lot of the settings saying "Bad Chunk".
    • When pressing the back button, the video continues to play in the background of the web interface and only stops when I select another video.
    • No logo appears on the top bar.
    • My custom Logo has now disappeared (It usually does this when I update, but even the hamburger menu has disappeared)

I consume all my content through Jellyfin, so these are debilitating bugs for me. The previous version I was on (10.9.0) worked flawlessly. Is there a way to downgrade back to this version?

I'm on Server version 10.9.3, Web 10.9.2 and it runs on (Linux Mint) Ubuntu 22.04.

Why aren't you running Web 10.9.3? Not sure if it makes a difference or not.

The server was pushed the update from the repo when I did a server update. That's the versions that downloaded with the update. I'm assuming the repo people released it that way.

Same here (jellyfin is slow and search is very very slow as well)

I have to correct my posting:

Jellyfin Web, Server and Build are all 10.9.3 when using the browser.

In Jellyfin Desktop Client 1.10.1 only the server version is displayed as 10.9.3 and web + build are listed as 10.9.2 (allthough all three are up2date!!)

Are you guys running Jellyfin Media Player? That ships with its own contained web-ui, so it will still show up as being on 10.9.2 for the web-ui despite updating the server to 10.9.3.

Have you tried updating again? You may just have updated before all the packages were published.

FWIW I've just updated my test install which is running on Ubuntu 22.04LTS, and everything is at 10.9.3.

Clear your cache. Mine displayed Server 10.9.3 and the rest as 10.9.2, it's a browser cache issue.

You absolute genius. I never even thought about clearing the cache. That's exacly what it is. I went onto incognito mode and tried it again. Everything is working as it should be. Stupid thing is, I usually clear the cache when I reimport my logo onto the server after an update as it's the only way to get it to show up. But because the logo area wasn't showing up this time, I didn't automatically do that. Weary-face  Thanks, You're a star!
