Jellyfin Android

I have, for as long as I've been using Jellyfin, issues with playback from my Android phone (and the Jellyfin app) while using a Chromecast Audio (older, black one). For example when I tap on song #5, song #1 starts playing. When I tap on song #3, song #1 starts playing, etc. When I use shuffle it goes to songs other then #1, but often just stops playing after 1 song, until I tap Shuffle again.

Also, when using the web frontend, I can not start a shuffle on a lot of genres, getting a message which says "Playback error. The client isn't compatible with the media and the server isn't sending a compatible format".

I'm using Jellyfin 10.8.13 on Debian 12, running in a VM.
