Jellyfin App on Samsung TV stuck

I have several Samsung TVs with Jellyfin running and have successfully installed and launched the app to access my media.

However, one of my TVs will launch the App but it just hangs displaying the Jellyfin Logo.

What I have tried to resolve -
1. Hard restart of TV (with power button and also unplug)
2. Uninstall and reinstall of Jellyfin app
3. Ensured TV was running latest OS

What server version are you running? Did you install the client app from the Tizen store or did you side load it?

Server version 10.11.11
Installed from Tizen store I believe.
I have Jellyfin running on 3 other Samsung TVs with no issues. It's just the one that just hangs when launching the app.

Buenas donde consigo una cuenta. Me registre y pensaba que con eso ya valia para la apk del tv box. Hoy me enterado que necesito cuenta ya que no puedo conectar. Un saludo

Jellyfin is a self hosted application. YOU have to run Jellyfin server that your TV then connects to.

Buenas pongo el servidor pero al poner mis datos para iniciar sesion despues de conectar con el servidor me da error de usuario y no inicia. No se si hago algo mal me pueden decir el servidor por si lo pongoo mal?

Soy nela que cambien la cuenta que no me acordaba de los dagos y ademas como no conectaba cambie la cuenta por si acaso

Can you show us what you're typing into your TV? Are you using your forum account info to type into your TV? That's not how Jellyfin works.

Buenas,si estoy usando la del foro,por eso preguntaba, soy nuevo y no se como va, pensaba que era eso. Me podrias explicar entonces como funciona? Un saludo

You have to run Jellyfin SERVER on one of your computers, put movies and shows you own/have onto that server, then your TV would connect to the server you control.

Jellyfin server is a self-hosted application.
