Jellyfin client downloads page, where to download?

I was looking for the Windows Jellyfin client for someone since I don't use Windows myself.

Now the only clients that I found are listed here:

Nothing mentioned of Windows, when you click on on "Github Downloads" you are redirect here:
https://github.com/jellyfin-archive/jell...t/releases

Which is an archived Github project page. Somewhere there it mentions the new client Github page is here:
https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-desktop

Near the bottom there you have a #Windows section. From there you can download a zip file and when extracting it extracts another zip file and when
extracting that you get a folder with a bunch of files with a dev version of the Jellyfin Media Player for Windows. Where do I download the most recent 
Jellyfin client for Windows that is not the development version so one with an installer?

I got an answer on Discord so this is solved/answered. I don't see a way to mark it as solved anywhere.
