Jellyfin keeps crashing

Hello,
I recently removed my installation of Windows Server 2016 with Jellyfin and installed OpenMediaVault with Portainer, installed Jellyfin as docker image in Portainer and copied my movies and series to it. I have SSD for the OS and HDD for data. Jellyfin is installed on the SSD and media is on HDD. When I try to scan the library, identify it with some downloader or open some of media the server crashes imedietly, but slowly the files are appearing automatically and some of them is identified. In log I cannot see something about the crash. What can I do with it please?

My system configuration:
OS: OpenMediaVault + Portainer (Debian 13)
CPU: Intel Celeron T3500 2.0GHz
RAM: 4GB
64GB SSD + 1TB HDD
GPU: Intel GMA4500
I know, my system is slow, but on WS2016 it worked, mostly I have 576p, 480p and little bit of 720p media, mostly ripped original DVDs.
