Jellyfin Media Player Not Playing Any Videos

hi, i did delete both in appdata/local.
i have re tried deleting both in appdata again with the token for JMP and is exactly the same. do you think the last update caused this?

I might try an older version, see if that works

hi again, i can confirm. deleting the current version and installing version 1.9.1 for windows solved the problem. So its definitely a bug in the current version.

What server version are you running? Are you running 10.8.13?

Anything higher than JMP v1.9.1 requires Jellyfin 10.9.1 or later to work.

I was having the same problem that JMP is not playing any videos anymore. When I clicked a video, it obviously started playing because I could hear the audio but no video appeared (still seeing the video browser UI).
I am using server 10.9.9 and JMP 1.11.1 (latest versions). Issue was fixed after deleting "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Jellyfin Media Player".
