    Hi!

I've been using jellyfin for a bit and love it, but can't get it to recognize images in a photo library.

It recognizes all of the subfolders in the photo library folder, but no actual images regardless of file type or location. I know file perms are correct, 755 (recursive), and no other media I've uploaded has had any issues.

I've tried digging for a solution all the threads I've found are either unrelated or had no solution listed.

Can you share your jellyfin log with us via sourcebin?

What user is the Jellyfin container running as? Your user? Which folder? /home/cartoonistcoop/media/Photos or /home/cartoonistcoop/media/Library/Reference Photos? What is the output of

    Code:
    ls -ld /home/cartoonistcoop/media /home/cartoonistcoop/media/Photos /home/cartoonistcoop/media/Library /home/cartoonistcoop/media/Library/Reference\ Photos
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)

It's my user, I believe- and I had accidentally created a photo folder duplicate but removed it. It should just be [...]media/Library/Reference Photos.

Can you run that command in the code block? I want to check permissions on each step in that directory path.

I'm running this through a third party service, ultra.cc- would this be something I have to reach out to them about?

Do you not have access to the server's command line?

Are the images some sort of RAW format from a DSLR or mirror-less camera?
