Jellyfin not removing inacessible file paths

After changing the file path to a library Jellyfin does not fully remove the old filepaths, leading to collections created with only one movie

Uncheck "automatically add to collection" in the library settings and delete the collections library (does not delete media). Then "Scan all libraries".
