Jellyfin not showing folders from NAS NFS share

I have shared a NFS volume on my Synology NAS (DS218j) and mounted it on the ubuntu linux os of my server on which Jellyfin is running in a docker container.
Doing a ls /mnt/syn02-media on the ubuntu host shows the folders in this share.
Unfortunately Jellyfin does'nt show any folders in /media which is a bind mount to /mnt/syn02-media.

What could be wrong here?

If you've installed via Snap you usually have to give the full /snap/ path to the destination folder. Its been a while but something like '/snap/media/blah/' suffices.

If you've installed via 'apt' or the jellyfin ppa then try press '+' to add a folder to your library and regardless of whether auto-complete works or not just type the path, as you know it, to the mounted NFS volume and hit the 'OK' button. Even though it might not seem to detect anything, run a library scan to see if it actually picks it all up anyway.
