Jellyfin on Samsung tv

I'm new with Jellyfin and I would like to know if I can play media files that are stored in my Android phone (Samsung) in my Samsung Tizen tv that have Jellygin already installed and how.

Short answer, no. The Jellyfin client for Android does NOT act as a server.
