What about build-in HTTPS support? Earlier roadmaps showed the plan to remove this feature.
Is it or will it removed as planed? I currently use this feature.

Many i3 processors are still supported. i3 is a class, not a gen, the 4 or 5 digit number should indicate processor generation, for example I have a i5 14440, the first two digits are the generation (14).

My bad, meant Intel Gen 3 i7 not the i3 line. 
Think it was the last gen which hadn't had the something v2 implementation yet of something, don't remember anymore where i've seen it mentioned. :')

Those CPUs should still be supported.  We recently added new documentation regarding older X86 CPUs.  The last bullet point in this table

So a gen 3 core CPU, Ivy Bridge, is still supported.
