hey guys jellyfin wont play any of my dragon ball z series...i click a video and all i get is

Playback Error: Playback failed due to a fatal player error

What info do i need to get and where do i go to get it for you guys to find out how to dix this?

You need to disable AV1 encoding.

Dashboard->Playback->Transcoding: Under encoding format unselect "Allow encoding in AV1 format"
