Jellyfin Xtream plugin & transcode

I use Xtream plugin for IPTV on Jellyfin. The configuration is really easy but each time I try to watch a channel I have a fatal error. 
When I have a look at the log, I have a strange thing with the transcoding log :

My server is on the IP adress 192.168.0.76 so I don't understand why it's trying on 192.168.0.14...How can I fix this?
