    Hi everyone,

I once had some movie files in a remote location, where I would symbolic link from JF server, those files are no longer available, I can see that they no longer show on my library as expected, but in JF logs it keeps complaining about missing files, example:

[WRN] Unable to find linked item at path "/opt/movie_library...

Is there any way I can flush these no longer available files from JF DB?

if not, can JF work on some fix for this?

    Best Regards,
    Luis Fonseca

Did you add a movie in this old path to a collection? Collections don't automatically update a movie's path when you move it.

    Hi,

I've removed collections, since then I haven't seen any more of those WRN messages, problem solved, thank you for the help.

i hadn't noticed but my setup is doing the same thing, re-scanning does nothing for this

collections is the automatic generated one using "Emby Xml" in this case

how would one rebuild the collections in this case?

    disregard

    it's easier than i thought

    1. remove contents of the 'collections' folder on the disk
    2. perform full library scan 'Scan All Libraries' from the control panel

it will remove the collections from the library that you removed from the disk and rebuild
