kodi addon lost serverconnection

fresh install of debian 12 with gnome desktop on asus all in one a6421
kodi from debian
jellyfin plugin addon standard

at first activation the plugin will find the server in my homenet
click on connect
select user
enter password
and everything works perfect.

after some days (1-3) kodi starts and the addon says server connection fails
watched status of startet movies is not synced anymore
sometimes movie start fails and sometimes i can play them

if nothing works the only way is to delete ~/.kodi/users

start kodi and reconfigure everything
then it works for a view days

i dont know where to find what went wrong

This sounds like either your server is changing it's address (DHCP) and kodi can't find it anymore, or you possibly have something cleaning sessions and it's removing Kodi's access token. We'd likely need to see Kodi logs to have a better chance of narrowing it down.

i have got some more servers running
they have all fixed ips
some of them are reacheble via reverse proxy and sub domain
for my jellyfin with fixed ip it doesnt matter in wich way i try to reach it

if it works both ways are ok, if not both are broken

"ip address" in terminal and my router as well telling me the ip is correct
also if i go to reach the server via webinterface direct ip and reverseproxy are working on the same machine the plugin says no connect.

i got no ideas anymore
