My layout after a new install is as follows

In the past the tiles did not used to go from left to right but rather would wrap around so that thy would all be viewable on the page (i.e. one would scroll up and down if necessary and not left and right).

I can't remember how I got this setup like this in the first place i.e. have it so the titles scroll around to the next screen.

On Desktop it displays titles but not on TV. Not sure how to override it for the TV so that it also shows text titles.

Found out where to change it from Horizontal to vertical.

Just wondering now if it is possible to add title names under the poster thumbnails.

Probably not? The Android TV app doesn't have that option and there was a recently discovered bug in the Roku app for always displaying titles.
