Both of these libraries have the same settings - both are set to Shows. For one the title "Anime" appears while the other the title "Art Education" or "Education" does not.

Did you upload a custom image for the art education library?

There is an image in the library that was automatically populated, however without the image present it just pushes a grey empty TV-Icon with no library title.

It seems the issue resolved itself after what was arbitrarily a day. Jelly tray server restarts, metadata refreshes, unlinking and relinking the library, changing the contents of the library - all of it had no effect. Reverted back to the original layout, after a few hours of displaying a grey screen icon it just decided to fix itself and populate the title. Now it seems to work with every new library added - (previously any library added after the first including duplicates of the first "Anime" library would display an image background with no title text).
