Here's a legal canadian m3u8 link which works on VLC.

If i add this link to Jellyfin, it doesn't show up. If I use Dispatcharr or Xteve it works with the new generated m3u link.
My question, Is there a way to make that link work without dispatcharr or xteve? Like how to modity the address link so jellyfin can read it?
