Live TV Recording - Audio is not in sync

I recently started to setup Live TV with a Dispatcharr docker container providing the IPTV channels. 

While watching the TV channels live works flawlessly, I noticed that when I recorded some shows (World Cup matches) in the last few nights, the audio is early, with the video trailing a few seconds behind. That is obviously a bit annoying when you hear the commentator shouting "gooooaaaaaallll" when you still watch the ball be in normal play.

How can I troubleshoot this and ensure that the audio and video are in sync?

The problem you're describing is not uncommon for recording live TV. Are you doing any sort of post processing in Jellyfin or Dispatcharr? Changing containers or re-encoding when post processing can cause this problem.
