Hello ,
I purchased IPTV services and tried to upload the address they provided me but for some reason I don't see anything, I tried to paste the same URL that the IPTV provider gave me in another player and it was successful and I can see channels, can someone help me understand what is wrong .

Where did you put the URL for your IPTV service? And what kind of tuner is it? An M3U tuner?

Hi ,
I puted the link under live tv category and i choosed m3u
And paste the url , i checked the url in my phone with
Iptv stream player and all the channels working , its something with jellyfin but idk what

Can you share your jellyfin log via pastebin?

Also, does your provider require authentication? And is this authentication included in the URL they provided?

Do u have a discord maybe ? , and the url included user and passwd

If your logs include the credentials, just "find and replace" in a text editor before sharing and replace all of that with "IPTVusername" and "IPTVpassowrd" or something like that. And censor the provider's URL.
