My own personal community of Jellyfin users skews heavily towards parents who are trying to manage their kids' media intake... a noble cause. I appreciate the ability to manage ratings and accessibility based on age-appropriate content for the user, but I'm left wanting more control.

I would like to be able to set time limits, or access dates for specific libraries. Each user can be assigned an amount of time they can access a library, or a specific day/time that it is accessible. For instance:

My kids have their shows split into three libraries, Educational Shows, Shows, Premium Shows. They are allowed to watch educational shows whenever we give them TV time. "Shows" is accessible only on the weekends, and Premium Shows is allowed to them when they have completed chores or helped around the house.

In this scenario, Educational Shows is a normal library with no restrictions. "Shows" is watchable from User A and User B profile only on the weekends, and Premium Shows is assigned 1 hour of use to User A for helping to clean the kitchen and unload the dishwasher the evening before.

    Per library, no.
This might help, but it's across the board. Go into each user you want to restrict, at the top click on Parental Control, then go to the bottom of the page and click
    Access Schedule.

We combine "access schedule" with folders of each type and age group. I.E:

    Folders:
All Ages Movies (Older and G rated movies or shows we've edited the LGBTQ, violence, and/or swearing out of)
    All Ages Shows
    Age 5 movies
    Age 5 shows
    Age 6 movies
    Age 6 shows
Etc up to 18, though by 16 they're watching a lot of adult stuff so after 15 it's mostly just things to acquaint them with movies or shows that have pop culture references like Marvel movies, Little Shop of Horrors, Pulp Fiction, etc.

On their birthdays they get access to the next level up. They get really excited when a new section opens up so it adds to the birthday gifting/suspense and we get to control what type of conversations they're ready for.

Then of course they have timed access to keep them from getting overwhelmed, or from sneaking up late at night to watch on a phone or laptop.
