sorry if this has already been asked for or even resolved, but afaik it is not yet possible to copy jellyfin data & media to a different server, even if all files, names and path are identical on both machines.
This would be a much appreciated feature, as people (like me) run into storage issues when a media-collection grows and moving stuff to a new machine e.g. w. more/bigger disks becomes necessary.
Not necessarily a button like "migrate jellyfin to new machine", but simply building things in a way, that would allow moving everything "elsewhere" Smiling-face
    Cheers,

moving your Jf install from one server to another of the same OS is totally possible. You just have to ensure that you copy everything and that the media is still at the same location as before

I've had success on Mac OS with a large library although a migration assistant would be wonderful

So this works with the currecnt backup function in the admin center as along as your pathing is matched on both machines it will repickup the same files and metadata. What more functionality do you need?
