Movies watched?

The other day, while going through movies on Jellyfin, my girl and I had a thought. While it's great that Jellyfin shows what movies you have already watched by marking it with a check. We thought it would be nice if there was an already watched category in the movie. It could be right after Genre. Called "Seen" or "Viewed" or "watched"

This can already be done using filters. In the web UI, simply select the "played" filter. Each client should have a similar feature.

That’s a fantastic idea! Having a dedicated “Watched” category would make browsing much easier, especially when revisiting old favorites or keeping track of what’s been seen. While discussing user-friendly features like this, I remembered working on a project called Sajoki, where we focused on making things intuitive and user-centric—something Jellyfin is already great at! Hopefully, they consider adding your suggestion. 😊

That would be nice to have as a category (frankly ANY new additions to the home page would be welcome at this point), but you CAN currently filter your library to show only watched if all you're looking for is a mechanism to view a list of movies you've already watched.
