So, an update. It felt like everything I was doing was on the computer side and not the server side so I decided to revert to what I knew had worked for me. I deleted the jellyfin container I had in Docker on my server and rebuilt it using this helpful video as my guide. I know I've lost all of my fixed artwork, metadata, playlists, etc., but at least now I'm on the road to recovery!
