    Hi all!
    I'm new to Jellyfin.
I share my library with my family, I watch videos in English, they do it in Italian.
    I've created 4 separate library:
    • movies ITA
    • movies ENG
    • series ITA
    • series ENG
And when I manually add files in {Thing we don't talk about - TDP}, I assign each to a category that automatically moves the files to the appropriate folder.
Now using {Thing we don't talk about - TDP} and {Thing we don't talk about - TDP}, they automatically moves the files into TV and MOVIE; if I select a series that it's in Italian I manually edit the path in {Thing we don't talk about - TDP} (and the same for movies), but what should I do when I select a series/movie that is multi language?
Is my library division correct or should I use a different one?
I would use just movies an series, but in the filters I can't see language, so we don't know which one is in which language.

    THANKS!

This is purely your preference. In my setup I separate content based on country of origin. If that is what you're doing now, I'd continue to do that regardless of what audio/subtitle tracks they have.

If you're separating the same show based on just the audio tracks available, that is sub-optimal, IMO. Double the storage. If these are the same shows with different audio tracks, I would opt to remux the audio into one file and remove the "default" tag so their audio preference is used.

It's just me that I can't find it, or it isn't possible to filter by language?

You can't filter by language tracks, specifically. But you can add tags and filter by tags.

Is it possible to add TAGS directly in Sonarr/Radarr and use them in Jellyfin?

I've never used either. I believe they have a discord channel you could ask that in.

Hi, I wrote a plugin that adds language tags to movies, tv shows and collection based on the available audio tracks. This allows you to filter the library by language. You can also filter users selections via parental controls this way, essentially hiding content not available in the desired language.
