Music files metadata

Hi, I edit my music files with Mp3tag for MacOS, but everytime that Jellyfin realizes a scan, the metdata (cover, album name etc) changes. 
How can I tell jellyfin that I prefer my own local metadata? Thanks

- Uncheck ALL the checkboxes
