    Hello, first of all, thank you for Jellyfin, which is excellent. However, I'd like to ask if someone could develop something for music stream files, as many of us use streams and have to use external tools to access our music libraries. Video streams work very well, but music streams have been unresolved for years. Hopefully, with the new technologies and changes made to Jelly, they might consider solving the music stream problem. Thank you in advance

    How would Jellyfin know what media type the stream is? This functionality was copied from Emby where it was only used for video types (movie, tv).

    That's fine, but Emby solved the .strm music issue years ago.
