    Im facing the same issue.
When Im logging locally over IP, it works.
If im logging through cloudflare, it will stuck on Jellyfin Logo

My other Cloudflare services are working fine.

Start a new thread in troubleshooting and provide your jellyfin logs via pastebin.

Try clearing your cache and create a separate troubleshooting thread if that doesn't fix it

I'm new to jellyfin (few weeks) and its great!
    this is my 1st upgrade:
I know how to stop server and exit server

    on windows:
not sure how to back up or apply a upgrade, (just install over current server?)

    searching but no help yet

    thanks

    thanks

    I am backed up now

still unsure if downloading the latest version (stable) should just be installed on top of existing server in windows?
sorry if I'm dense, just don't want to break it and start again square one.

    Thanks so much

Did not wait for last reply
And did install on top of old version
It did recognize it would be updating jellyfin 😀
Then starting server it took a few 😬nail biteing minutes to get into it again

I guess it was still doing things for the update

Then all was good again 😄

    Thanks again for your help
    Happy viewing

Thanks so much for the update!

Realized last few times I updated that there's a bug in all the clients including web where it doesn't automatically detect that its still the same server. It says it cant connect and only does once you delete the existing server and re-add your server in the app or delete then refresh the page if you're on web.
Doesn't happen locally though only on the web. Not a big deal just wanted to let yall know.

I just installed this for windows 10, JF starts then stops. It says it can't find a valid ffmpeg yet it's right in the same folder.

[2024-11-08 13:00:36.557 -08:00] [ERR] [1] MediaBrowser.MediaEncoding.Encoder.MediaEncoder: FFmpeg: Path set by "command line or environment variable" is invalid
[2024-11-08 13:00:36.560 -08:00] [FTL] [1] Main: Error while starting server
MediaBrowser.Common.FfmpegException: Failed to find valid ffmpeg
    at Emby.Server.Implementations.ApplicationHost.RunStartupTasksAsync()
at Jellyfin.Server.Program.StartServer(IServerApplicationPaths appPaths, StartupOptions options, IConfiguration startupConfig)

Version 10.9 didn't have this problem yesterday.
