New Jellyfin Server/Web release: 10.10.7

I have ocontinued confusion about this version. Doing a server migration to a new stand-alone machine, getting Windows 10 setup on it and then install Jellyfin as a service. There is no start menu entry., No system tray, no way to access Jellyfin outside of knowing the default server local IP. How do yo ucorrect this? Previous version installs produced the start menu entry and would show the tray icon, plus had no issues starting upon the start of Windows. But now, just, nothing. Well there is something.... confusion.
