Been holding off on upgrading to 10.11 from 10.7 since my youtube library wouldnt load, gave 11.11 a try and the "others" library took a few to load but once it did seemed to be working. but getting out of the library is a little more difficult takes a while and tends to freeze up the android client / desktop client. ill stay on 10.11.11 though since everything else seems to be working

I know what you mean, I've kept our server on 10.7 until recently due to my music library (library type "other") taking orders of magnitude longer to load (10x minimum at every directory level - unacceptable) on every newer version I tried. I always fell back to 10.7 for speed. I tried unstable 12.0 specifically "2026060106" (on docker, make a backup and add "unstable" or "2026060106" as you would "latest" image version). To my delight, my music folder now loads at an acceptable speed, still slower but maybe only 2-3x slower. The home screen is now slower too by approx the same amount but I feel it is an acceptable trade off for the numerous benefits. For example I love that I can shuffle all my TV shows library - so like on the exercise bike I don't have to pick something, I just hit that shuffle button! I don't have to think about what I want to watch because I don't care when I'm exercising. I can also resume .strm files on my TV where previously they would just restart on 10.7. I have several .strm files that point to media on archive.org and on my (2019 model) LG TV this was very annoying .strm seeking worked on other devices, just not my TV. There are some excellent updates and progress being made. In my home we are happy with where 12.0 is heading! Our family has been happily using jellyfin for many years now! Red-heart
