only issue is ldap auth plugin is incompatible, but 10.11.6 -> 10.11.7 had no problem on my nixos system

doing what was suggested here https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-plu...issues/199 solved my problem
deleted my local copy of ldap and reinstalled.

Upgrade was smooth as butter on Windows 11 using the AMD64 installer executable, from 10.11.6 to 10.11.7. I'm excited to learn what security vulnerability I dodged with this!

Any improvement in loading times for large libraries compared to previous 10.11.x versions? So far every prior version took tens of seconds to load a home video library, sometimes significantly more depending on number of items. I'm still on 10.10.7 because of this and won't update until the experience is usable again no matter the security fixes.

Those fixes are being actively worked on: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/pull/16062

    They'll be in 12.0, not a 10.11 bugfix release.

Thanks, got it. So it's safe to assume the 10.11 branch straight up won't be usable for me.

I guess? I've got a massive library and it runs pretty smoothly on my server, so it's possible you have other issues that are compounding it? I have some Collections section slowdowns, but everything else works fine on 11.7. YMMV.

Upgrade to 11.7 on Debian 13 with repository was smooth.
Scanning my 250TB Library still takes a long time.
I hope to see v12 soon.

@0xDEADC0DE what repo do you have?

I'm running the following and it doesn't have any update yet.

    15 │ Suites: trixie
    16 │ Components: main
    17 │ Architectures: amd64
    18 │ Signed-By: /etc/apt/keyrings/jellyfin.gpg

I'm using https://repo.jellyfin.org/debian trixie InRelease and it installed 11.7 some hours ago.
Perhaps your "Enabled: no" is the problem?
