I use JF to serve Kodi clients and after the 10.9 update JF doesn't seem to update Kodi anymore, either on a regular push or after closing Kodi and re-starting. There doesn't seem to be a good place to find more info about Kodi but hoping this is a minor issue that is being worked on.

Mine is updating with no problems. I did do one manual update after installing 10.9.1, but so far it's updating in the background as expected.

No issues here, using the latest Jellyfin server update and the latest Kodi. Syncing is working well!

Sync is working with my onn 4k google tv but not my firestick. Are you by chance using a firestick as your client device?

I use Kodi and had the same issue, realized my version of Kodi was outdated and needed to be upgraded, which seemed to solve my problems. Hope it helps.

I read in the original 10.9.0 release thread that the plugin for intro skipping was no longer working and also may no longer be in development. Is this true? Nobody had replied.

I was really hoping for this to be integrated into Jellyfin someday. However, I am very thankful for all the hard work and having the thumbnail previews now is awesome! Smiling-face

How did you do a manual update? Closing and re-starting Kodi? Or some method from within Kodi?

Currently running Kodi 18.3 or 18.9 as they are the last versions of Kodi that I still have the functions I require that won't be built into mainline. I've looked at moving at least some of my installations forward to v22 but need to bring at least 1 function forward as the currently supported versions are just terrible.

Thanks for the help, everyone. Happy to see things can be working properly. Will continue to work for a solution on my end.

PS Where can I ask for some additional Kodi help? I don't want to clog up this release thread with my new issues (Thanks, Rogers).

I take that back, it's only half-updated today. The jellyfin log says "LiteDB.LiteException: Maximum number of transactions reached", but there were a large number of changes overnight so I may have overwhelmed it. That didn't seem to be a problem on 10.8.x though...

I would like to notify something strange about ARM64 docker image.
After updating to the new 10.9.0 and/or 10.9.1 ARM64 image, in the admin panel I see "Architecture: X64" instead of "Architecture: Arm64".

I've updated one of my Kodi clients to v20.5 and made sure the JF add-on was up to date. Still not getting database updates in any way other than doing a library repair which takes forever. Will keep testing.

(I need a working solution with v20 as that appears to be the last version of Kodi that had working MVC 3D playback.)
