Green Letterboxing?

hi everyone! i get green letterboxing with some media files i play via jellyfin. does it have something to do with the transcoding? what can i do to solve this? thanks.

i have all transcoding options deactivated right now. same problem.

i installed the media player for windows last night. it's working over there.
