No Dolby Vision and Atmos

Hi

New to Jellyfin so please be gentle :-)

I just installed the server on my Synology DS 920+

The client runs on an Nvidia Shield connected to a Denon receiver (Atmos capable) and an LG CX OLED TV.

When using Plex or Kodi I get both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos without issues but when using the Jellyfin client I get HDR and Multi-channel PCM. I can't find any settings that change this behavior. 

Any ideas?

Which Dolby Vision profile? For the Atmos audio, in the Jellyfin app go to the settings menu > Playback > Audio output. Is that set to "direct"? Still on the Playback setting page, scroll to the bottom and go to the second page ("Advanced settings"?). On the second page for Playback, I believe closer to the bottom (I'm not at home to check) there should be a setting regarding Dolby bitstream. Enable that setting, if it isn't already.

I guess the lack of DV is because the profile is 7 and therefore not supported 
Don’t understand the sound but it looks like I have made some configuration changes which mean that I can no longer play the file..,
I also tried a file with DTS HD MA with a sample rate of 96 KHz and that stutters or plays at double speed 
I think I am going to give up for now and hope that Plex don’t increase prices even more because I don’t want to convert my library to formats that work better with Jellyfin at this point
