RTX Video (i.e. both RTX HDR and RTX VSR) is available as an SDK. Is there a plan to add this feature to the Jellyfin Media Player? I would love if this was a thing. I realise it is probably not a drop-in solution and would require a lot of work. But this is such a killer feature for people with old video and content that are not high resolution or in HDR as it can upscale content to 4k, and convert SDR to HDR.

No we cannot really do that due to complicated reasons. JMP is now in a maintenance update only mode due to upstream bugs and lack of developers. The Nvidia SDK is also only available on Windows via the DX11 API so it is not really portable
