I have an old session stuck in active devices. The user is across the country so I can't easily check on their end, but the session has been stuck on the same episode and timestamp for days now.

Is there a way to clear it?

This happens to me a fair bit as well, but it only seems to occur with users using Chrome as their client, or occasionally Jellycon. What client is your user using?

For me, Finamp also keeps its session active.

If the user is not at the device to turn off the device or exit Jellyfin, you can go to Dashboard > Devices, and delete the token(s) that belong to that device.
