I'm baffled by this one. I have an LG C1 and an LG G3. The G3 plays titles and upon selecting specific audio tracks, they play the wrong track. For example a dolby digital compatibility track played a directory commentary track. However, my LG C1 does not do this.
They both use the native LG Jellyfin app, and I played the same videos and the same tracks to test.

    How could these be different?

Could you provide a mediainfo output for one of the files in question? Jellyfin and ffmpeg logs (Dashboard > Logs) would be helpful as well. Recreate the issue, grab the Jellyfin log snippet from just before recreating the issue as well as the ffmpeg log that matches the timestamp and/or media name. You can remove sensitive info like public IP addresses, but don't go crazy with redactions.

Here's mediainfo, I haven't used this before so let me know if I can be more specific:

Here are the audio tracks as seen by Jellyfin:

There's really not much in the ffmpeg log:

Is the C1 receiving transcoded videos and the G3 is direct playing?

Check on the clients whether you have "prefer fMP4" checked or not.

Both are checked to prefer fMP4

That might be the issue.  Uncheck this option as LG TVs have a bug with fMP4 that breaks things.

No difference unfortunately. On or off, the test case plays a commentary track when the Dolby Digital track is selected, only on the G3.
All the audio tracks are showing up just fine, in the same order, and the TV models are not far off. However the C1 does not have the issue.
