Password Reset- how does this .json file work?

I'm using Jellyfin on Linux Mint 22.3. I have a desktop environment, this isn't a dedicated server. I somehow never recorded my Jellyfin password when I set it up and can no longer recall it. I pressed the Forgot Password button at the login interface and it generates a .json file in /var/lib/jellyfin. I don't know what to do with that. I tried to copy the eight digit Pin code there separated by hyphens as a password to log in in conjunction with my User but that does not work.Can someone please tell me what I have to do at this point to log in?

As I posted in your other thread, the forget password process should have put you on a page specifically to enter the pin. It can't be used as the password.

I appreciate you for replying to both threads. I'm in now. I mentioned in the other thread, that I think I didn't click "Got It" like I was supposed to and might have hit Escape instead. I was finally able to log in with the pin and then re-set my password to something I could remember this time in the admin interface. Thanks again for the help.
