I would like it if Jellyfin maintained the same language settings across an entire season instead of reverting changes. This applies to both audio and subtitle settings.

Currently, these issues arise when watching dubbed content:
    1. Audio: When watching an episode, I set the audio to my preferred dubbed language, but when starting the next episode, it often randomly reverts to the original language.
    2. Subtitles: When watching dubbed content, the default English subtitles are often intended for the original foreign dialogue and do not match the dubbed audio. While there are often subtitle tracks available for "Signs and Songs," "Signs," or "CC," these selections do not persist across episodes. Consequently, I have to manually change the subtitle settings for every new episode.
