I need a play timeout on my Jellyfin (moving from Plex), I found out I need to install Jellysleep & restart Jellyfish. Well, I did that. And, nothing...Jellysleep is running, but there is no magic moon in the web player (unless I'm missing something?) or Jellyfin app.

What am I missing over here?
    Thanks.

    A few ideas to try:
    • Did you install both the Jellyfin-Javascript-Injector plugin and the jellyfin-plugin-file-transformation plugins?  The first is listed on the JellySleep page as required, and the second is listed as optional, but I found I had to install both to get the half moon to show up.
    • In your web browser Javascript must be enabled - at least for your jellyfin server URL
    • If you are using a high security web browser like Brave or Waterfox you may need to reduce security.  (e.g. Brave - try shields down for your JF Server url)
    • You also said it is not working with the app.  Which app?  (android, swiftfin, win, linux?)  For the android app I had to set the video player type to "web player" to get JellySleep to work.

Thank you very much, seems like you solved the problem for me. The required plugins weren't detected right because I restarted the wrong service on my server :-P

Now I think I'm ready to delete Plex forever!

Ok, so it's not solved after all. I do have the magical moon, but it doesn't do anything.
Lets say I'm watching Babylon 5, starting an episode, clicking on the magical moon and select "after this episode" or "after 1 hour", it just keep playing.

I've installed Jellysleep and both plug ins it required, maybe I'm missing something.

The app I'm using is Jellyfin player on iOS.
